How to Use the Wedding RSVP Tracker
Type or paste one reply per line and the summary updates as you type. Separate the five fields with a pipe character, and keep the attendance word short so it counts cleanly.
What to enter
Name is the guest or party label; a line without a name is skipped.
Attending is the reply: yes, no or pending. Wording is not case-sensitive and common synonyms such as attending or declined are recognised.
Party size is how many seats the line takes; leave it out or set it to zero and it counts as one.
Meal groups the guest count by meal preference, and note keeps anything else you want to remember.

The first table shows how many parties and guests are attending, not attending or still to reply. The second sums guests by meal preference, and the third lists every line as you typed it.
Export or copy
Use Copy CSV to paste the list into a spreadsheet, or Download CSV to save it as a comma-separated file. Every field is quoted safely, so commas and quotes in a name or note are preserved.
