How to Use the Wedding Gift Money Tracker
Type or paste one gift per line and the summary updates as you type. Separate the three fields with a pipe character, and keep an amount on every line you want counted.
What to enter
Guest is who gave the gift; a line with neither a guest nor an amount is skipped.
Amount is the gift value as a plain number; a blank or negative amount counts as zero.
Note keeps the currency, form of gift or anything else you want to remember.
Band size groups the amounts into ranges of that width; set it to 0 to hide the breakdown.
Read the summary
The summary shows the total, how many gifts you logged, the average, the smallest and largest gifts. When a band size is set, a further table shows how many gifts fall into each amount range and the subtotal for the range.
Export or copy
Use Copy CSV to paste the list into a spreadsheet, or Download CSV to save it as a comma-separated file. Every field is quoted safely, so commas and quotes in a name or note are preserved.
