How to Use the Wedding Vendor Comparison
Type or paste one vendor per line and the comparison updates as you type. Separate the five fields with a pipe character, and keep the category word the same for vendors you want to compare together.
What to enter
Supplier is the vendor name; a line without a supplier or category is skipped.
Category groups the vendors, so all venues sit together and all caterers sit together.
Quote is the price you noted, as a plain number; a value below zero is ignored.
Rating is your own score from 1 to 5; anything higher is capped at 5.
Note keeps anything else you want to remember about the vendor.
Read the comparison
Each category gets its own table. The header shows the lowest quote and the highest rating in that category, and the matching vendor rows are marked lowest and top so the standout options are easy to spot.
Export or copy
Use Copy CSV to paste the list into a spreadsheet, or Download CSV to save it as a comma-separated file. Every field is quoted safely, so commas and quotes in a name or note are preserved.
